Description

A delightful dish combining sticky garlic sauce, tender chicken, and comforting noodles, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine with noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together with remaining marinade until heated through.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute soy sauce with tamari. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
