Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine with noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together with remaining marinade until heated through.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
