Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Minced Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Optional: Fresh Ginger, Green Onions, Cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and optional ginger.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and pour the sauce mixture into the pan.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan, ensuring it’s coated well in the sauce.
  8. Serve it over rice or your favorite vegetables, garnished with chopped green onions.
