Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and optional ginger.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and pour the sauce mixture into the pan.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the pan, ensuring it’s coated well in the sauce.
