Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Let sit for at least 15 minutes, or longer for more flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange it in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is some space between the pieces for even cooking.
- Cook the thighs for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
- Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
