Description

A low-carb twist on the classic sub sandwich, packed with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup provolone cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup salami slices
  • 1/2 cup turkey slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Fill a bowl with a generous portion of chopped lettuce.
  2. Layer sliced tomatoes, red onion, green peppers, cucumbers, and black olives on top of the lettuce.
  3. Add slices of provolone cheese, salami, and turkey atop the vegetable layers.
  4. Drizzle with mayonnaise and Italian dressing according to your taste preferences.
