Instructions

  1. Grill the halloumi cheese until it develops a crispy, golden-brown crust.
  2. While the cheese is grilling, slice the lettuce, carrots, and cucumber into thin strips.
  3. Once the halloumi is ready, lay it on a tortilla followed by the fresh vegetables.
  4. Generously drizzle sweet chili sauce over the top.
  5. Wrap everything tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
