Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
- Chop the bell peppers and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the halloumi slices in the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until beautifully golden brown.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate and start layering with the crispy halloumi, fresh veggies, and a generous drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
- Finish by squeezing fresh lime juice over the fillings, then roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
Notes
For best results, ensure the skillet is hot before adding halloumi. Customize with additional veggies or herbs for extra flavor.
