Description

Delicious salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving them; this helps to develop a nice sear.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon, then pour the honey garlic mixture over the fillets.
  6. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
