Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mustard mixture for 30 minutes to an hour before baking. If you prefer a crispier texture, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of cooking.
