Description

A quick and delicious honey mustard baked salmon fillet, perfect for weeknight dinners and entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mustard mixture for 30 minutes to an hour before baking. If you prefer a crispier texture, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of cooking.
