Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix)
- Soft corn or flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes

- Sour cream
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, then simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare your tortillas by heating them in a separate pan or microwave until warm.
- Arrange the cooked beef and tortillas on a large serving board or platter.
- Add bowls of toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, jalapeños, guacamole, and sour cream.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges for a zesty punch.
