Description

Delicious bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and ranch dressing, wrapped in crispy wonton wrappers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, guacamole, or additional ranch dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing, mixing well. Add the shredded cheese and remove from heat.
  4. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center.
  5. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal tightly. Repeat until all filling is used.
  6. Arrange the packaged bites on the baking sheet in a single layer. Spray the tops with cooking spray for an extra crispy finish.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These bites are versatile; serve with ranch for dipping or create a platter with guacamole and salsa. Great for freezing before baking.
