Delicious bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and ranch dressing, wrapped in crispy wonton wrappers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 pack wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, guacamole, or additional ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing, mixing well. Add the shredded cheese and remove from heat.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal tightly. Repeat until all filling is used.
- Arrange the packaged bites on the baking sheet in a single layer. Spray the tops with cooking spray for an extra crispy finish.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
These bites are versatile; serve with ranch for dipping or create a platter with guacamole and salsa. Great for freezing before baking.
