Description

Delicious and customizable breakfast wraps filled with eggs and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • 4-5 eggs
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred type)
  • Bell peppers, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • Spinach or other greens
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Cooking oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and bell peppers until they soften.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour them into the skillet, stirring gently to scramble.
  4. Once the eggs are nearly cooked, add the spinach and cheese, allowing them to wilt and melt.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and prepare your tortillas on a clean surface.
  6. Spoon the egg mixture into the center of each tortilla, then fold and wrap tightly.
  7. Return the wrapped tortillas to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Notes

These wraps can be enjoyed fresh or packed for a meal on the go. Consider adding spices like cumin or paprika for extra flavor.
