Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups beef broth or stock
- 1 onion, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add them to the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the beef broth, scraping any bits off the bottom of the pan to incorporate those flavors.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the heavy cream, adjusting the seasoning as needed. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in spices beforehand. For a kick, add red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
