Description

A delicious skillet meal featuring succulent chicken in rich garlic butter, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, if available)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts once bubbling.
  3. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle parsley over the top, and let it soak in the garlicky flavor for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For optimal flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand and adjusting the garlic to your taste preference. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
