Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, if available)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts once bubbling.
- Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle parsley over the top, and let it soak in the garlicky flavor for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
For optimal flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand and adjusting the garlic to your taste preference. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
