Description

Deliciously tangy and savory grilled pork chops, marinated to perfection for a hearty, home-cooked meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 grilled pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Pork Chops: Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container and pour the marinade over them, coating thoroughly. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill to medium-high or your stovetop skillet over medium-high heat, making sure it is clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Cook the Pork Chops: Remove the chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and cook on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving hot with sides like mashed potatoes or a light salad.

Notes

Marinating overnight improves flavor; let the meat rest after cooking to ensure juiciness.
