Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Swiss or Jack cheese
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Layer the sautéed mushrooms and onions over the chicken in the skillet.
- Top each piece with cheese, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
