Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  5. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce based on your spice preference. For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with firm tofu.
