Description

A delightful combination of cheesy goodness, fluffy eggs, and savory beef, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • Slider rolls (about 12)
  • Eggs (6 large)
  • Milk (1/4 cup)
  • Shredded cheese (about 1 cup)
  • Ground beef (1 pound)
  • Beef bacon (optional, 1 package)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking oil or butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Scramble the egg mixture in a clean pan until just set.
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half without separating them. Lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs, browned beef, and cheese evenly over the rolls.
  6. Replace the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the sliders are golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For optimal taste, reheat in the oven.
