Description

A succulent grilled salmon recipe that highlights the fish’s natural flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley, optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, coating each piece evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the salmon to the grill, skin side down if using skin-on fillets. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on one side.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 4-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality salmon and ensure the grill is preheated and clean for optimal flavor.
