Ingredients
- Frozen dumplings (your choice: vegetable or chicken)
- 1 lb ground or diced beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup cheese (optional for topping)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Your preferred spices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate the beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices. Cook until browned. Stir in the soy sauce and green onions.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish and arrange the frozen dumplings on top.
- Pour broth over the dumplings, ensuring they are well covered.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through. Optional: Sprinkle cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
