Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, ensuring they are compact.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
