Description

Tender chicken breasts infused with rich garlic and parmesan flavors, slow-cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the garlic parmesan mixture over them.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  4. Once done, shred the chicken directly in the pot or on a cutting board, then stir to combine with the sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice or incorporating additional ingredients like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
