Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the garlic parmesan mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the pot or on a cutting board, then stir to combine with the sauce.
