Description

A flavorful and nutritious cheeseburger bowl, perfect for meal prep and satisfying any hunger.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 cup beef broth or stock
  • 1/2 cup burger sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in a large skillet until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef, stirring until fully cooked.
  3. Season with spices, then pour in the beef broth and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the burger sauce and let it meld with the beef mixture.
  5. Serve topped with shredded cheese and any additional toppings you prefer.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use high-quality ground beef and don’t rush the sautéing of the vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
