Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces egg noodles or pasta of choice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese.
- Pour in the chicken broth, mixing gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the sauce and stir until well combined.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and allow it to melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
