Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring everything is covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot, and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
