Description

A melt-in-your-mouth chicken dish with a creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then cover and set the crockpot on low for about 6 hours.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it into the sauce before serving.

Notes

This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables, rice, or crusty bread. For a twist, add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
