Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 package of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, allowing it to melt.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
This dish pairs beautifully with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days, or frozen for up to three months.
