Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Toasted baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- While the brie is still cold, trim away and discard the rind. Cut the brie into cubes and let them sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- Add the softened cubes to a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes silky, fluffy, and completely smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed.
- Spread the whipped brie onto a plate or shallow bowl. Spoon cranberry sauce over the center, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Garnish with rosemary, then serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
Notes
For extra texture, consider adding toasted nuts or a pinch of flaky salt. Whipped brie is best served immediately after preparation.
