Description

A luxurious and creamy whipped brie appetizer that’s quick to make and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. While the brie is still cold, trim away and discard the rind. Cut the brie into cubes and let them sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  2. Add the softened cubes to a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes silky, fluffy, and completely smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed.
  3. Spread the whipped brie onto a plate or shallow bowl. Spoon cranberry sauce over the center, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  4. Garnish with rosemary, then serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.

Notes

For extra texture, consider adding toasted nuts or a pinch of flaky salt. Whipped brie is best served immediately after preparation.
