Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad combining shredded chicken and creamy avocado, perfect for warm weather gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and gently fold the ingredients together.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Notes
