Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the 4 salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until they’re golden brown and flake easily with a fork.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon and allow it to cook for another minute.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley before serving.
