Description

A delightful low-carb casserole featuring shredded chicken, beef bacon, and broccoli, all enveloped in a creamy sauce topped with cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter touch)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, beef bacon, and broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
