Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup beef bacon, cooked and chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter touch)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, beef bacon, and broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
