Description

A rich and creamy casserole featuring tender chicken and broccoli, perfect for low-carb diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or low-carb alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • ½ cup beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until just tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Once combined, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and cooked beef bacon.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Can be paired with side salad or cauliflower rice for a more filling meal. Leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
