Description

A flavorful one pan meal featuring tender chicken and vibrant bell peppers, perfect for easy cleanup and delightful dining.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers (any color you prefer)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in spices and oil for a couple of hours before cooking.
