Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers (any color you prefer)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
